HISTORY

Owner David Divver has over 25 years experience in all aspects of construction. He guides a team of accomplished building professionals whose areas of expertise include bathrooms, kitchens, roofing and windows. We take pride in our workmanship, our attention to detail, and our ability to deliver top-quality work on schedule and on budget. Measure Up is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

OUR PROCESS

From initial consultation to final project completion, our goal is to make the building and home repair process as clear, collegial and prompt as possible. In everything we do, customer satisfaction is the goal of our work.

Our general process is as follows:
1. Site Analysis.
   We will visit your home or property to see first-hand what needs to be done.
2. Free Estimate.
   Get a clear sense of cost without any obligation or commitment.
3. Design Consultation.
   We work together to narrow the scope of work and select the materials you desire.
4. Written Proposal.
   During this step, we put into writing what you expect, and what we will deliver.
5. Contract Signing and Down Payment.
   At this stage we legally commit as partners in the project.
6. Beginning Construction.
   We arrive on site and begin our professional, quality work.
7. Mid-Construction Review.
   Client and contractor meet on site to review work to date, and to make sure construction is proceeding according to plans.
8. Completion of Job.
   Together we complete a final walk-through, making sure you are completely satisfied with our work.
9. Final Payment.
   Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
